Resumo: |
This research aimed to quantify, identify and perform antibiotic bacterial groups of the genus Vibrio in the water recirculation to the growing of a marine fish experimental station. Water samples were collected from the cultivation system in the period between September 2007 and May 2008, a total of eight collections involving the rainy and dry seasons. Environmental parameters were within the standards established by Brazilian legislation. The most probable number (MPN) of total coliforms and thermotolerant vary in P1 and P6, respectively: (P1) <1.8 to 3.4 per 10 sqm and standard plate (CCP) of colony forming units (CFU) per milliliter of heterotrophic bacteria between points ranged from <10 to 2.5 x 10 (7) CFU / mL. The number of colonies of Vibrio P1, P2 and P6 ranged from 10 to 2.37 X 10 (4) CFU / mL. Form identified 40 strains isolated from 51 amsotras water between heterotrophic bacteria. These proved to belong to 13 distinct genres, and Aeromonas, Vibrio, and Leuconostoc, the most frequent. Cultures with nitrification capacity coming from water samples were distributed in eight different genera, being found more frequently Arthorbacter, Alcaligenes, and Paracoccus Vibrios. Bili agar Thiosulfate citrate-sucrose (TCBS) were isolated and identified species of the family Vibrionaceae. Of the 28 water samples isolated from 20 strains were identified. The strains identified belonged to 10 different species V. coralliitycus, V. metschnikovii and V. orientalis, had a higher frequency. The isolates identified were subjected to sensitivity. All strains were sensitive to sulfazotrim, chloramphenicol, streptomycin, oxytetracycline and nitrofurantoin. The profile over freqeunte resistance of isolates was CTX-NAL (44.5%) (4 / 9). Of the total isolates, nine (45%) (9 / 20) is shown with a profile of multiple resistance to six different classes of antimicrobials. Was observed in this study antimicrobial resistance: cefotaxime, nalidixic acid, gentamicin, cephalothin, ciprofloxacin, ampicillin, tetracycline, and florfenicol, and may be related to the characteristic plasmid. |
