Resumo: This dissertation has as central theme the religious intolerance manifested in high schools and used as support the law 10.639/2003, contextualized with the teaching of Sociology, during the work will be discussed the process of socialization and the construction of the religious identity of the student, pointing out possible situations where manifestations of intolerance against Afro-Brazilian religions can occur in the school environment. In this perspective and in consonance with the National Plan for the implementation of the National Curricular Guidelines for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations and for the teaching of Afro-Brazilian and African History and Culture, which among other requirements for the education of the country, aims to promote the development of the production of didactic materials that value the Afro-Brazilian culture and the diversity and confrontation of all forms of prejudice, racism and discrimination. It is in this sense that this dissertation will have as an appendix the magazine entitled "Axé de Ouro", which contains basic information on the themes of black history and religiosity, racism and religious intolerance against Afro-Brazilian religions, presenting itself as a proposal for a didactic-pedagogical instrument to support high schools.
