Resumo: | Two experiments were carried out in the laboratory of digestibility of non-ruminants of the Department of Zootechny of the Universidad Federal de Pernambuco, with the objective to determine the nutritionals requirements of phosphorus for japanese quails from 08 to 14 and from 15 to 29 days of age. In the first experiment, 200 were used little quails females with 08 days of age and in the second one 200 were used little quails females with 15 days of age, with weight middle 20,5 and 48,25 grammes, respectively. The birds were distributed in a delineation completely casualized with five treatment, four repetitions and ten birds by experimental unity. The treatments were consisting of supplementations of five levels of phosphorus available in the ration (0,14; 0,22; 0,30; 0,31 and 0,46 %) in substitution of an inert one. In the period from 8 to 14 days of age were checked quadratic effects (P <0,05) for consumption of ration and food conversion, not observing significant differences (p> 0,05) for profit of weight and for the period from 15 to 29 days of age checked quadratic effects (P <0,05) for consumption of ration, profit of weight and food conversion. For excreted phosphorus, phosphorus absorbed and for phosphorus in the bonés they were observed linear effect (P <0,05). In the periods from 8 to 14 and from 15 to 29 days of age. In accordance with the present investigation 0,34 % of available phosphorus is recommended in rations for japanese quails, from 08 to 14 days of age, in other words 31,39 milligrams of available phosphorus for bird day and for the period from 15 to 29 days of age, 0,32 % of phosphorus available in the ration, which corresponds to 47,76 milligrams for bird day. |
