Resumo: | The present work has an intention to regard about the problematic of water resources administration and management in Alagoas, analyzing the participatory process of some social actors in the Water Resources Committee of Alagoas State - CERH/AL. Thus, this Committee is our case of study, objectifying the ascertainment and the evaluation of this participation of the Committee s members. The Committees have become the great political stage that strike politicians between the Public Power and civil organized society in the treatment of some public politics. The analysis of functioning of the Water Resources Committee of Alagoas State allows arguing the question of the participation of its components in the public politics. That Committee was instituted by the State Law nº 5.965, November 10th of 1997, being one deliberative, advisory and normative instance responsible of these water resources administration and management in Alagoas. The CERH/AL is the central agency inside of the State System of Water Resources Management. First of all, one studies the deliberative instances in general, as condition for the local sustainable development, after following the pertinent legislation. After that, based on interviews with all the council members, one develops qualitative evaluation in order to reach the objectives intended by this work. |
