Resumo: | The objective with the present work was to identify and to quantify pointers reference of systems of milk production, of low scale of production, in the state of Alagoas. Twelve producing milk companies had been evaluated with daily average production between 98 and 301 liters and determined the coefficients of correlation of the pointers with the tax of remuneration of the invested money. The studied systems had presented great variation in the exploration area, with average size of 42,13 hectare, average daily production of 177,83 liters and with 17 cows in lactation on average. The production systems had had average yield of 9,97% to the year, with invested money of R$ 1.373, 00 for daily production of one liter of milk. After the identification of the pointers that had presented correlation, had been generated equations of regression for each pointer in function of the tax of remuneration of the invested money aiming at to quantify the pointer-reference. However to the indicating measure that increases the tax of capacity, cows in lactation for hectare, productivity of the land, profit of the activity, rude edge for liter of milk, liquid edge for liter of milk and profit for liter of milk, it has an increase in the tax of remuneration of the invested money. The identification of systems of milk production and the characterization of the pointers of bigger correlation with the tax of return of the invested money will be able to bring greater basement for the debate on the economic viability in the cattle milkmaid. |
