Resumo: | The student of the 21st century demonstrates a certain understanding and realizes the necessity of the existence of connections that are offered by the higher education institutions between the market and the academy, as pointed out in some published studies. The concept of University is linked to the indissociability of teaching, research and extension, and the latter can configure a response to integrate the academy with the real needs of society, and allow the promotion of aspects of the new economy when considering social, requiring innovative entrepreneurial behavior through social impact business. In this way, the objective of this work is to investigate how social entrepreneurship and social impact business are promoted in the extension of the Federal University of Alagoas, constructing a proposal for the strengthening of these contents through the university extension itself. To this end, an exploratory and bibliographical research was carried out, in order to raise the current situation and to draw up propositions for the future. As a result, a plan of action is presented in the format of a program for the promotion of social entrepreneurship and social impact business in UFAL. |
