This dissertation go get analyze and reflect about the possibilities of a collaborative teacher job, in two team who work in publics educational institutions of Alagoas. The aim of this work is to investigate the production of didactic material co-authored with a team of professors of Bachelor of Arts and pedagogy grading of two higher education institutions offered up by Open University of Brazil. The beginning of this work include a reflexive contextualization regarding of the theme, enunciation of the subject and problem, exhibition of objectives and hypotheses of the study, delineation of methodological conjecture and locus of research, and explanation of the relevance of distance learning. In the second chapter, in the scenarios chosen to develop case study, a dialogue about the phenomenon of co-authored is established between some authors and the subject of research, based on ideological approaching of Bakhtin (1981; 1997; 2003; 2010). This collaborative process of research was only possible to be analyzed and reflected, by interactive approach, characteristic of qualitative research. Based on referential proposed by Laville & Dione (1999), the analysis of the contents was the strategy used to make a careful study of the trends presented in research techniques. It was possible to identify the priority category, secondary, primary whereof check the data and compare them to hypotheses. After completion the study, it became evident that, in the Open University of Brazil, there is possibility for a performance teaching based on shared knowledge, interaction, collaboration, with promising prospects to produce didactic materials for distance learning on co-authoring.
