Resumo: | The goal of this study is to analyse the sustainability criteria used in the processes of contracting Infraero. The research that was applied has an exploratory and descriptive character regarding its main purpose, and a mixed approach: qualitative and quantitative, with two stages of investigation. The first, qualitative and exploratory, was elaborated through semi-structured interviews with the managers of the bid and supply areas of Infraero. The information collected was addressed using the content analysis technique. The second stage was quantitative and has included a survey, with application of a structured questionnaire, in the entire population involving 59 Brazilian airports managed by Infraero, and in addition 6 bids coordinations were included that represent the departments responsible for contracting Through bidding. The data collected received descriptive statistical care. The main results indicate that: the implementation of the sustainable purchases in Infraero is at an embryo stage; There is no sustainable contracting methodology defined in the company; There is no incentive for top management to implement sustainable procurement; Sustainable actions are carried out on time, but do not occur in an institutionalized way; The majority of the sustainable purchases made are only obeying the laws or requirements of the control bodies. The most widely used sustainability criteria are those defined in the legislation, and the predominance of the use is in the contracting of engineering works and services, due to greater demands and legal support. The most difficulties encountered for adoption of CPS are: Supply of sustainable products and services still incipient; legislation; High cost involved; Low level of training and training of those involved; Company's internal culture; And the unavailability of practical tools and information. There is no systematic monitoring or control of the possible impacts or results arising from the adoption of sustainability criteria in Infraero's contracting. |
