The present work aims to reflection on a debate occurred through letters about Adoption idea occurred at Hispanic Christian Church in a VIII century, emerged from dialogs between clerics and nobles. This question passed through by all regions presents in Hispania (Emirate of Cordova, the Kingdom of Asturias and Marca Hispanica) as well as The Carolingian Empire and the Papal States. In our research we star from the discussions involved in dogmatic questions which started with Migecianism which culminated with debate about Adoptions ideas defendant by Bishop Félix and Primacy of Hispania the archbishop Elipando of Toledo, this idea that was considered heretical by churches frank and roman. Thus, we put in debate as the dogmatic questions were debated when there was not unanimity between the ecclesiastical body in the Early Middle Ages.
