Resumo: | This work aims to understand the vicissitudes of psychologists and social workers acting on Basic Social Protection Social Welfare, from the joint action design. To this end, we support the theoretical and methodological framework of discursive practices and production of meanings, based on the perspective of social constructionism. The procedure for the construction of the survey information was carried out by a workshop with five social workers and psychologists in five active Social Assistance Reference Centers (CRAS) in Maceió, with the theme guiding the ' joint action. ' The analyzes consider the statements produced during the workshop, the linguistic repertoires circulating in the scientific literature on psychology in CRAS accessed in the database and the experience of the researcher in this context. The results point to problematizations that are brought by the literature, such as the challenges of insertion / psychologist in Basic Social Protection, the predominance of the clinical model of operation, the need to create new knowledge and ways of acting and the gaps and shortcomings in training of psychologists. Dialogue with professional points out the relevance of personal characteristics as necessary and relational aspects such as potentiating the development of joint action and the unpredictability condition that sets this joint action on the Basic Social Protection. |
