Resumo: The study entitled Teaching of Sociology in the Hinterland Alagoas: the official discourse and the design of teachers aimed to investigate the relationship between the conceptions of teaching of Sociology of the teachers who work in Hinterland Alagoas and the purpose advocated by the Brazilian government for the teaching of the discipline in High School. To do this, plus a wide literature review in the light of historical and dialectical materialism and of the Discourse Analysis of membership pecheutiana, the study was realized by discursive corpus analysis formed by official documents of the Brazilian State and for semi-structured interviews and questionnaires carried, between May and July 2015, out with 10 Sociology of teachers who labour in public High School located in the Hinterland Alagoas. Thus, this study helps to understand how and under what conditions the Sociology is designed and taught in the Hinterland of Alagoas, and in which aspects dialogues with what is touted for this discipline in the official discourse of the Brazilian state embodied in documents such as the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB 9.394 / 96), the National Curriculum Guidelines for High School (DCNEM) 1998 and 2012, the National Curriculum Parameters for the High School (PCNEM) of 1999 and the Curriculum Guidelines for High School, knowledges of Sociology (OCEM-Sociology) 2006. Finally, we conclude affirming the existence of a movement of ideological identification of between the speech of teachers who teach Sociology discipline in Hinterland Alagoas and the effects of meanings produced by official documents of the Brazilian State as well, of the commitment them only with improvement of present social order.
