The present search is characterized as an explotationary study and it has, as the main purpose, to analyse the tourism as an alternative of endogenous development, in the Amusep region, through three studies of situation: in Santo Inácio, Itaguajé and Munhoz de Mello-PR`s cities. It is dicussed the regional development´s theories, it is characterized the Amusep`s region and the tourism as a factor of development, and, finally, it is analyzed the tourism in these three cities. It was identified the potencial for the explotation of the touristic activity in the cities through various types of tourism like rural tourism; the agro-tourism and the adventure`s tourism. However, the lack of endogenous regional development, at least at short term. Among inhibiting, the lack of a civil organized society, local actors motivation to explore the tourism, the lack of activity`s knowledge, touristic signs, touristic information post, hotels, among other equipments and touristic services.
