Resumo: This research privileges the identity constitution of the people with disabilities in the mediatic discursive practices in the contemporaneity, since the increasing regularity of products whose thematic turns on inclusive politics of people with disabilities. In this battlefield between different positions, these people bring in their constitution social-historical and economic relations that make their identity an effect, a construction that escapes to the mere biological characterization. In the meshes of the knowledge-power, these discursive practices find in the media conditions of possibility to be exerted, since the mechanisms and strategies of identification can erase, transform and consolidate modular ideals of subjects, making possible their governamentability. The identities represented and broadcast in the media by the verbal, visual and sonorous language submit themselves to the order of the discourse, articulating what can and must be said in the set of conditions of their appearance (FOUCAULT, 2007, p. 9). In this domain, the circulation of enunciations in the media is permeated by control procedures, and the disability is spectacularized in the measure where it is broadcast, argued and explained with frequency. The media can be considered, thus, as surface of emergency of enunciations that retake, dislocate and (re)mean the disable body. Based in these relations, we establish as objective to understand how the governamentability, enrolled in the television discursive practice, in the relations between knowledge-power and knowledge and truth, makes possible the functioning of the normalization of the disable subject as resistance to the exclusion. In this conjuncture, in the crisscrossing of history within the memory, our theoretic-analytical movement is based in the studies on Discourse Analysis of French line. We also appeal to the principles of Peirce Semiotics to still subsidize the practice of reading the visual and media language and to the cultural studies that deal with identity. The archeogenealogical method developed by Foucault is the guide for our analyses that are guided by the following concept-keys: governamentability, normalization, knowledge, power, truth, archive, identity, enunciation and enunciative function. This theoretical concepts allowed the organization of television media materialities, broadcast between 2006 and 2009, in an archive, organized in three groups, from which it is possible to understand the way as the disable subject is represented: a) the naturalization of the disability; b) the resistances to the inclusion, through prejudice practices; and c) the overcoming of people with disability, who win physical and social hurdles. In this direction, we hope that this research may contribute with the Discourse Analysis and Education studies, in that it reveals ways to the destroy the evidences meanings of the representation and of the inclusive practices of disable people. Moreover, we believe that this work has relevance in the reading of image texts, due the scarcity of specific bibliography in this area of knowledge. Concerning all these aspects, we aim at, through these reading gestures, excusing an uneven look, and, from then on, to develop an archeogenealogical description-interpretative movement that does not have the pretension to drain all the analysis possibilities, since, it is inserted in the discourse movement, the archive remains for others approaches.
