Resumo: | Three experiments were carried out to evaluate the productive characteristics, feathering, development and metabolism of the skeletal and cellular immune response of broiler fed with different relationship valine: lysine digestible (val: lys dig). The first trial evaluated the effect of relationship val: lys dig on productive characteristics, feathering, development and metabolism of the skeletal muscle and cellular immune response of broiler with 1-14-days-old. One thousand and eighty male Cobb 500 broilers were reared in a completely randomized design, with five treatments, six replicates, and thirty-six birds per experimental unit. Experimental diets were formulated to contain 66, 71, 76, 81 and 86% relationship val: lys dig at 1 to 14 daysold period. Until 1-7 days old, was observed linear increase (P<0.05) of feed intake and weight gain without affecting the birds performance (P>0.05) intotalbreeding. In general there was an increase in linear feathering score (P<0.05) with the increase of the relationship val:lys dig in the ration. The relationship val:lys dig promoted linear increase (P<0.05) in diameter fiber of the flexor hallucis longus muscle, there by justifying the higher yield of leg (P <0.05). Cellular immunity was influenced by the relationship, promoting an increase in relative thymus at 7-days-old, until the relationship val:lys dig of 74.22% and increasedphagocytic activity of macrophages at 38-days-old with the relationship of76.89%. In the second trial it was evaluated the effect of relationship val: lys dig in the period from 15-28-days-old on productive characteristics at 28 and 42 days-old and, feathering, development and metabolism of the skeletal muscle and relative weight of lymphoid organs of broiler with 28-days-old. One thousand and twenty male Cobb 500 broilers were reared in a completely randomized design, with five treatments, six replicates, and thirty-four birds per experimental unit. Experimental diets were formulated to contain 66, 71, 76, 81 and 86% relationship val: lys dig at 15-28-days-old period. Between29-42-days-old, all birds receivedthe same diet to supply nutritional requirements. The relationship val: lys dig decreased linearly (P <0.05) the feed intake for birds during this period, there was no influence (P>0.05) in the weight gain and feed conversion. Possiblyin this experiment the valine acted in the development of white fibers, promoting an increase (P <0.05) in breast yield with 42-days-old, until the relationship val:lys dig of 78% in detriment of the led yield (P<0.05). No effect was observedon the feathering of the birdsand the relative weight of lymphoid organs. The third trial evaluated the effect of relationship val: lys dig on productive characteristics, feathering, development and metabolism of the skeletal muscle and relative weightof lymphoid organs of broiler from 29-42-days-old. Nine hundred male Cobb 500 broilers were reared in a completely randomized design, with five treatments, six replicates, and thirty birds per experimental unit. Experimental diets were formulated to contain 66, 70, 74, 78 and 82% relationship val: lys dig at 29-42-days-old period. The relationship val:lis dig did not influence (P>0.05) broiler performancein the 29-42-days-old period. In general there was an increaseinlinear feathering score (P<0.05) ofbirds withthe increase of the relationship val:lys dig in the ration. The relationship val:lys dig promoted linear increase (P<0.05) in diameter fiber of the flexor hallucis longus muscle andfrom the relationship valine: lysine of 69% there was an increased in the frequency ofred fibersand reduced(P<0.05) in the frequency of the white fibers there by justifying the higher (P <0.05) leg yield to the detriment of the breast yield (P<0.05). There was an increase in the relative weigh tof spleen at 42-days-old, until the level of 74% of val: lys dig |
