Resumo: The present work discusses some aspects of Mathematic Modeling at teaching and learning Sciences at the Basic School as a tool for conducting the student to an effective apprenticeship on Mathematic and Physics' contents, furthermore promoting interdisciplinarity and contributing to the future citizen's critical conscience and formation. For achieving that, this work reports learning and envelopment situations of the participating characters' the researching teacher; and his team composed by nineteen 8th grade basic school students from a private school in Maringá/PR - in contact with the activities developed in class, in which the Mathematic Modeling was used as a leaning and teaching environment. Therefore, this work consists of an action research, that had as a goal registering and understanding, from the characters' actions, situations of envelopment and learning. The results shown at this investigation were registered by observation, documenting and questionaire and after analysis, coming to the conclusion that Mathematic Modeling made possible that the students had a better apprenticeship, since it conducted them to establish a connection between Physics, Mathematic and everyday situations as well to a meditation about social, political and economical aspects from the contents focused at the activities.
