The present study have by objective to understand the transformations in the work's content that follows the tecnology modernization at long of capitalism development, starting of a reflection about the nature of production technics inherent to the various fases of work's organization and of the production by the capital's optics. Is launched a reflexive discution about how the new sparing labour tecnologies interferes in the process of industrial labourer's qualification/disqualification. Through the teorical and empirical analysis, that was contrast the qualifications of the labourer's types existents in the production process ambit of the mechanicals lathes, was possible to observe that the industrial labourer support changes on your qualifications with the continual incorporation of tecnology on capitalist productive process.
