O funcionamento discursivo-jornalístico da criminalidade passional : culpabilidade e efeitos de sentido em notícias online

Resumo: Considering the importance of the media in circulation - or desconstructing - of places and stabilized social roles, reporting the criminal subject becomes relevant, mainly from the increase in the number of deaths linked to domestic violence (WAISELFISZ, 2011), as well as due to the tessitura several official documents on how crime affects such subjects. Based on this agreement, this dissertation thematizes online discursive journalistic operation on passionate crime related to guilty. The pecheutian perspective of Discourse Analysis, especially regarding the interrelationship between production conditions, subject and memory, is adopted as a reference for a theoretical and analytical framework. This work aims to analyze the journalistic discourse operation in online news texts, the "culpability" of a crime of passion author. Through the description of the operation of passionate culpability indicated by paranaense journalism, one can also understand the social responsibility assigned to murderers and victims reported in cases of unpremeditated crimes of passion and which effects of meaning come to this operation on issues of gender and occupation of legal discourse places discursivized by the journalist as the subject. The material analysis is consisted by 24 news texts - and 29 cases of men as "defendants" and 5 passionate female murder - whose theme relates to unpremeditated crimes of passion committed in the state of Paraná, the texts were published from 2010 to 2015 on the online version of the newspaper Gazeta do Povo, a large circulation newspaper in Paraná, Life and Citizenship session. For the delimitation of the corpus through discursives clipping in discursive sequences, taking as a basis the elements of the news lead, as well as statistical data and discussions explored by the Map of Violence 2015 (WAISELFISZ, 2015). What the functioning of passionate guilt in Paraná online journalism Gazeta do Povo online, in view of the different possible entries to the subjects defendants and victims is the question that guides the analysis. From the analysis performed, it was observed that the discursivization of passionate guiltiness in online journalistic discourse in Gazeta do Povo newspaper, points to a slipping on the significance of female passionate "accused", marking her as a victim of the process; as the male passionate murderer figure dominates as a negative sanction. Through an operation of discursive place defense lawyer, prosecutor and judge, the journalist is legitimized to mean it.
