Resumo: Homeopathy stimulates the body's vital energy being used for prophylaxis, treatment of diseases and modulation of organic responses, mainly, related to stress, causing imbalance organic that impairing reproduction. This study was carried out with the objective to verify the influence of the homeopathy in the fresh and frozen semen and in the testicular histology of Nile tilapia. There were used 320 males of Nile tilapia (O. niloticus), GIFT strain, with six months of age, with mean initial weight of 93.12 ± 2.95g and total length of 17.58 ± 1.12 cm randomly distribute into four treatments: 1) control; 2) addition of 2% of Homeopatila 100; 3) addition of 4% of Homeopatila 100; 4) addition of 6% of Homeopatila 100. A randomized complete design was used and the response variables were submitted to the procedure of the generalized linear models. It was observed that the electrical conductivity increased (P<0.05) with ration with different levels of Homeopatila 100, 0.855 ± 0.006 mS/cm in control, 0.862 ± 0.004 mS/cm with the addition of 2% of Homeopatila 100/kg of the ration, 0.868 ± 0.04 mS/cm with 4% of Homeopatila 100/kg of the ration and 0.874 ± 0.006 mS/cm with 6% of Homeopatila 100/kg of the ration. There was a tendency in reduction of serum levels of cortisol and testosterone with the experimental diets, with significance of P<0.18 and P<0.06, respectively. The cortisol levels were 7.06 ± 1.26, 5.53 ± 1.50, 4.34 ± 1.80, 3.40 ± 2.16 μg/dL, and testosterone were 530.65 ± 1.36, 337.08 ± 1.07, 214.11 ± 0.84, 136.01 ± 0.67 ng/dL with diet with 0, 2, 4 and 6% of Homeopatila100/kg of ration. The monocytes were reduced (P<0.07) with increased levels of homeopathic complex in the ration, being 4.69 ± 0.12, 4.15 ± 0.08, 3.66 ± 0.09 and 3.24 ± 0.15%. The gonadosomatic index increased (P<0.05), with addition of levels of the Homeopatila 100 in the ration, being 0.39 ± 0.28, 0.50 ± 0.18, 0.64 ± 0.15 and 0.83 ± 0.22. The percentage of A spermatogonia increased (P<0.05) to the level of 4% of Homeopatila 100/kg of the ration, with 6.23 ± 1.83, 8.58 ± 2.15, 8.93 ± 2.19. It was concluded that the addition of 6% of Homeopatila 100 increased gonadosomatic index being recommended for reproducers of O. niloticus.
