Resumo: By including Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in education, it is expected that the educational institutions and the school community (teachers, students, parents and staff), crave pedagogical changes an education based on the transmission of information to a process of teaching and learning that seeks to focus on the student's actions, the construction and reconstruction of knowledge. Then we seek to investigate knowledge, attitudes and opinions of teachers of natural sciences, on the use of the Portal day-to-day education and ICT available in this portal and also about the training they received to work with ICT. Proposing to challenge the inclusion of a teaching resource in the classroom simulations and animations of these teachers, enabling a change in the methodology of work, so that it is possible to glimpse the possibility of constructing meaningful learning. Through the proposed objectives and the use of ICT as a teaching resource were investigated seven teachers of a public college in the city of Pato Branco, emphasizing on the use of the Portal day-to-day education, through qualitative research, with an approach of case study, we describe the basis of the reports of teachers, interviews and observations attitudes and opinions. To analyze the results we followed the benchmarks of Bardin (2004) content analysis. According to the surveys with teachers, we can consider that there is a huge gap between the reality we encounter in school and what is desirable in, noting that teachers have knowledge about the Portal day-to-day education, but don't know how to use many of the tools that are available. Among the factors cited for not using ICT Portal available in day-to-day education, we can highlight: large classes, lack of a professional in the field of computer science, uncertainty in the use of the tool, time to prepare lessons, class size in relation to the learning environment and lack of ongoing continuing education. However, we emphasize that after applying the short course teachers felt safe and able to use simulations and animations with their students and get involved and motivated to learn interactively.
