Avaliação das incubadoras de empresas de base tecnológica do Paraná a partir de um modelo proposto

Resumo: One of the pillars of sustainable economic development has been the growing challenge of transforming knowledge into products and services. In this perspective of continuous discoveries and changes that incubators of technology-based companies (TBIs) acting as links between academy and businesses, representing an important role in the innovation scenario. However, still observe that many TBIs have difficulties in fulfilling its role as mediator between the academic environment and productive sector due because of their structural and organizational issues. Therefore, was developed this thesis in order to evaluate the adequacy of the incubators of technology-based companies in regarding to a reference model proposed. The methodology included a literary review connected to the topic and the preparation of criteria for the development of an organizational reference model. Posteriorly, a questionnaire was elaborated and applied to Paraná TBIs linked to ANPROTEC with the suggestion of comparing them to the reference model and classifying them using factor analysis. The analysis of the results showed that was possible to classify the TBIs into four adequacy levels: 30% was classified in the high level, 30% at medium level, 25% was classified as low-level and, 15% were classified among TBIs with very low level of adequacy.
