Resumo: | An optimization study was Conducted paragraph hum impeller blades do TYPE Sideways hum in stirred tank through the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) by use the software from ANSYS CFX 14.5, where it solves the equations of mass, momentum, energy and turbulence models by discretization finite volume method. He met the blade angle that provided the largest pumping combined with less use of power, thus generating greater efficiency impeller. To this were executed several computer simulations and validation of the results generated was built an experimental model it was possible to extract the actual values of the consumed power and confronts them with the simulated power. The optimum blade angle was 35 ° in order that a simulation was performed with the same in a medium containing solid particles and results were compared again with the experimental validations for new. To step next steps suggest the study of different impellers in non-Newtonian fluids applied in agitators and mixers. |
