Resumo: | The onion is a flavor oleracea considered important in terms of their socioeconomic status and needed research, needing researches and technological innovations that provide increasing their productivity. Therefore, the application of biorregulator and, or biostimulant can promove changes during de development vegetable and has been used in order to increase the performance of crops of economic interest. With the objective of evaluate the effect of the application of different doses of biostimulant Stimulate® in the treatment of seeds of onion genotypes were released two experimental essays, which were employ three genotypes of onion ('Baia Periforme', 'Bola Precoce' and 'Híbrida Superex'), with six doses of biostimulant (0; 2,5; 5,0; 10,0; 20,0 and 30,0 mL kg-1 of seeds), plus an untreated three controls (dry seeds). In the first essay applied the biostimulant directly upon the seeds letting then soak in the solution by a period of 30 minutes; in the second essay the biostimulant was also applied directly on the seeds, however without the soaking period. The experimental delineate was entirely randomized, with four repetitions, and arranged in factorial model (3 x 6 + 3 extra controls). The results reached were subjected to analysis of variance (p<0,05) and, posteriorly, applied the Dunnett test, in order to compare treatments of seeds with the untreated seeds (check treatments), and analysis of regression, with the intention of acquire curves as a function of increased doses of the biostimulant. The seeds were evaluated using the first count of germination test, germination test, primary root length and shoot length of seedling. The results obtained, in laboratory conditions, allowed to conclude that application of biostimulant Stimulate® was not satisfactory to the process of germination of seeds and performance in 'Baia Periforme' and 'Bola Precoce', However, to the Híbrida Superex genotype the biostimulant provide beneficial action stimulating the inicial vigor in the seedling of this genotype. |
