Resumo: | Based on floristic analyzes, phytosociological and ecological groups, was evaluated the tree community structure as a potential source of remaining diaspores for ecological restoration of the areas. The study site comprised an adjacent remnant forest to the Forest Restoration Project in Agroforestry System (FRPAS), located on the left bank of the Paraná River, in the section called Upper Paraná River floodplain (UPRF). Using quadrants phytosociological method trees with circumference at breast height greater than or equal to 15 cm were sampled, comprising 80 living individuals, which were distributed in 28 species, 26 genera and 16 families. Leguminosae, Myrtaceae and Sapindaceae presented the highest species richness, while the most abundant were Leguminosae, Euphorbiaceae and Arecaceae. The tree species sampled in this study corresponded to 10% of the total tree UPRF, 13 of them recorded exclusively for this remnant. The floristic similarity analysis indicated a high dissimilarity between the study area and the other sites studied in the floodplain. Anadenanthera colubrina, Copaifera langsdorffii and Acrocomia aculeata, were the species with the highest importance value. The early and late secondary ecological groups presented the highest species richness and zoochory had the highest representation for all parameters. The species richness, beyond the standards presented for both, groups and ecological community structure, can provide support and contribute to the ecological succession process rehabilitation of the restoration area by providing a source of native seed species representative of the local biodiversity. |
