This study on the production of health practices developed by the Family Health Strategy in the city of Alagoinhas - BA aims to: examine the production of health practices, provided by the ESF in Alagoinhas - BA, considering the dimensions of analysis (access, host, link, accountability and resolution), the construction of the whole of health care. There is a qualitative research, with technical for data collection: semi-structured interview and systematic observation. Study subjects were 21 people: group I (doctors, nurses, technicians nurses, community health agents, 10), group II (users of the system-05) and group III (key informants-6). The results revealed that the FHP Health Practice is set in a procedureoriented, specialized and organized into programmatic actions for at-risk group where the professionals organize their demand for modular way and regulated, access is restricted and focused on programmatic actions demand for organized and spontaneous, the host of the users in the FHP is narrow shapes, and has a unit that uses the host for organizing the health practices, the resolution is apart from the from the link and accountability is perceived as good relations and respect between members and community. The therapeutic process occurs in different ways: clinical consultation, the urgent care and emergencies, schedule feedback and referrals to specialists appointments and medicalization. It is perceived characteristics differentiated care developed by professionals within the practice in primary care focused strategy for the health of the family, as the incorporation of soft technologies, such as the host and the link. |
