Resumo: Brazil, as it is a continental country and has ten borders, is occasionally involved in management of massive migratory flows, for which a complex structure is developed that involves several actors and places them in a position to defend and promote human rights using sustainable development objectives as a reference. An essential part of this structure is formed by third sector organizations, civil society organizations, which are articulate in a dynamic that offers practical and efficient solutions to the difficulties that immigrants have to face. Through qualitative methodology, using the technique documentation and complementing it with regular visits to the internalization and sorting station PITRIG in the city of Manaus, where the researcher was a user of the services provided, was possible to study and understand intersectoral articulation. Conclude that there is a articulation with the third sector that strengthens the complex process of reception and subsequent internalization of immigrants, recommended that even with existing mechanisms and significant investments made, welcoming and internalizing must be part of the policy migration in the face of the continuity of immigration flows.
