Resumo: This research aims to evaluate the perception of the Uvaranas II Family Health Program workers in Ponta Grossa, regarding their experience in the Corporate Yoga Program as mental health care. This research justify itself due to the need of collaborating for a larger systematization of the Complementary Integrative Practices and worker’s health knowledge framework. The Methodi Ordinatio methodology was chosen to enable the systematic literature review, within productions related to the Health Complementary Integrative Practices and worker’s health published between 1993-2019 (8), including 1993 (1), 2009 (1), 2013 (1), 2014 (1), 2018 (2), 2019 (2). The established data base for this study were Scielo and Lilacs, by virtue of their specificity. The research took place in four Basic Health Unities (UBS) from the Uvaranas II Family Health Program, in Ponta Grossa/PR. The research sample consists in 76 workers, and with an initial characterization questionnaire, which was answered by 50 workers, then analyzed, validated, and considered complete, they were used in the present study. For the data analysis, the qualitative methodology was adopted throughout the documental analysis; regarding the questionnaire, the Semi Structured Interview done after the Corporate Yoga experience content analysis was applied. The results indicate positive impacts in the Family Health Program workers’ mental health through the Corporate Yoga experience. They demonstrate mental relaxation, stress relieve, anxiety decrease and improvements on breathing, posture, synapse, motivation, disposition, and wellness, among others. All the participants verbalized positively about their attendance in the Corporate Yoga Program and indicate their will to share these personal knowledges with their families. The results, even though restricted to this limited sample, support the posed hypothesis, and suggest new studies over the Corporate Yoga as Complementary Integrative Practices which has qualities capable of contributing to the worker’s health.
