Resumo: |
This dissertation studies the unequal relationship in gender treatment, which exposes psychological, physical, moral, patrimonial and sexual damage to women victims of violence in society, which may lead to feminicide. This theme addresses Public Policies for Women in the context of violence against women, in the line of research in Strategy of the Postgraduate Program at PPGADM, Professional Master's Degree in Administration at UNICENTRO. Considering an advance in perspective, always with lifespans on the issue of the possibility of making the issue of violence against women more visible, and which has produced some changes in terms of Public Policy in a field that was until recently silenced in Brazil. From the standpoint of the Institutional Theory of Sociological Base by Berger and Luckamnn (1985), it was sought, from institutional perspectives, to understand how Public Policies contribute to confronting violence against women in the city of Guarapuava - PR. Thus, it is a research that has the case study as its flagship, using a qualitative approach of descriptive and exploratory order. For data collection, in-depth individual interviews were conducted, using the technique of discourse analysis with thirteen actors, consisting of: Deputy Cristina Silvestri - ALEP; Delegate Ana Carolina H. M. Castro - DEAM; Judge Paola Gonçalves Mancini - Judiciary; Promoter Pedro Henrique B. Papaiz - MP; Secretary Priscila Scharan de Lima - SPPM; Social Worker Thalyta Forquim Buco - CRAM; Psychiatrist Ivana Sesar Douverny - CAPS II; Psychologist Carine S. Fernandes - CREAS; Psychologist Larissa Cabreira - ISG; Professor of Law Ana Cláudia Silva Abreu - Campo Real and Supervisor of the Maria da Penha Center - Unicentro; Representative Rosiane da Silva Costa - MMP; Father João Inácio Kolling - Catholic Church of Sant'Ana; Family Institution: Jorge Spitzner. The results showed that violence against women is a social construction carried out by society based on the individual and collective practices of each one, having as main factor the machismo, which is the cultural arm of misogyny assiduous in society, these preached and perpetuated by the structure patriarchal. Such patterns are associated with the serious recurrence of violence against women, and the latent inequality of power and rights faced by women. Institutionalization is not, however, an irreversible process, despite the facts that institutions, once formed, tend to last. For a variety of historical reasons, the extent of institutionalized actions may decrease. There may be deinstitutionalization in certain areas of social life (BERGER & LUCKMANN, 1985). I conclude that social transformations are more difficult than legal ones, perhaps, other generations will come to reach that point of effective equality between men and women, but for this to occur we need the real effectiveness with the educational Public Policies as a starting point , not an arrival point. |
