Resumo: The Teacher Training in Environmental Education (EE) has been a challenge in undergraduate and aims to ensure compliance with principles and objectives of the EE. To do this, stand up to questioning the environmental issue in its cultural, political, social, economic and ecological; The production of knowledge On, in and about and for the environment, and the action-reflection-action as the main of educational practice. In this perspective, in this investigation problematiza-if project in EE "Weaving Networks Knowledge Environment", developed by the Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (UNICENTRO), in Guarapuava-PR, period of 2014. The research aimed to understand the contributions and challenges of initial and continuing training of teachers in environmental education, linking the research with interaction at university / school. Therefore, we adopted the qualitative research, integrating three modes, participant observation, interviews and documentary analysis. The results indicated the following contributions: EE contextualized, procedural action, education for research, autonomy, educational materials on the site and feedback reality between university and school. Among the challenges: interdisciplinarity, fragmented curriculum and the particularities of each institution must be respected in joint activities of EE.
