Resumo: |
The acquisition of aerial images through conventional photogrammetry and orbital sensors has unfavorable points to its use as temporal and spectral resolution, and high cost. With the expansion of the national area planted with Eucalyptus sp., the monitoring and evaluation of implemented forests is facilitated with the use of aerial images. Thus, initially the present study aimed to adapt an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle low cost and check their problems related to the quality of images, flight stability and potential for use of images obtained and subsequently, estimate the volume of E. benthamii Maiden et Cambage with aerial image obtained by the UAV. Therefore, this study was conducted at the Universidade Estadual do Centro Oeste - UNICENTRO, CEDETEG Campus, with the adaptation of a prototype of an unmanned aerial vehicle, in which was installed a camera to obtain aerial images in an experiment of eucalyptus in attempt to estimate values of volumetric production using mathematical models. The equipment adapted to accomplish this work presents quality in obtaining images, may be used in agriculture, forestry and livestock, being a low cost technology compared to other commercial technologies available and their images enabled the generation of models that showed coefficient of determination and standard error of the similar estimate can be used for volumetric estimate of Eucalyptus benthamii. |
