Resumo: |
At the early human life violence was a matter of survival. As the time went by, group socializing was possible only by the emerging of rules and social patterns. These human manifestations vary in time and space: etiquette and conduct codes, tactical and expressed laws, customs and traditions uses. The inbred sexual practices and its prohibition takes part in the origin of the myth of man in society. What is normal and what is not, legal or illegal? Taking criminal processes of the Comarca de Rebouças, between 1932 and 1948, as source, this paper looks for, using the speech analysis as methodology, from the narratives of victims, aggressors, and other actors, contained in such processes; understand which of the knowledge that were produced and that constituted, sustained, or not, the emergence of situations and conditions conducive of incestuous actions. |
