Resumo: The present study aimed to evaluate the use of plant growth regulators alone or in combination, applied at different wheat growth stages and its effect on evaluation parameters of the flour quality in different varieties and cultivation areas. Two cultivars of wheat were evaluated Quartzo classified as wheat bread and BRS Pardela classified as wheat breeder. The experiments were conducted in two different areas at Guarapuava-PR, the local 1 were the experimental field of the Universidade Estadual do Centro Oeste (UNICENTRO), Campus CEDETEG and area 2, on the Três Capões Farm, owned by the Company MLCV (Santa Maria Group) for the 2012 harvest. The plant growth regulators were composed of indolebutyric acid (auxin), gibberellic acid (gibberellin), kinetin (cytokinin) used isolated or in combination. The applications were made in the early tillering stage, in full flowering and an application in the two stages, one at tillering another at flowering. Morphological and agronomic evaluations of the culture were performed. Later laboratory analyzes were performed in Milling and Agrícola Irati, located at Irati-PR, being evaluated this quality parameters: falling number, wet gluten, gluten strength, tenacity and flour extensibility. The cultivation area influenced the response to treatments with plant growth regulators and the morphological and agronomic characteristics evaluated for the two wheat cultivars studied. The grain yield was positively affected by the use of plant growth regulators for BRS Pardela. The Quartz Cultivar was influenced by the farming local being able to positively change the quality parameters of flour evaluation. The quality parameters of flour were not influenced by the use of plant growth regulators applied at different times when evaluated Quartz and BRS Pardela cultivars.
