Resumo: |
This study aims to evaluating the relative contribution of the concentration of suspended sediments (CSS) generated by waterhsedsusing different types of soil, from September 2012 to August 2013. The river basin is located in the city of Irati - PR. It has an area of 99,8 ha and five watersheds composed by different types of soil in use: native vegetation, tobacco (Nicotiana tabacun), soy beans and corn. There is a predominance of Cambisols and Neossolos with slopes between 0% to 45%. Ascending level Samplers (ANA) and rain gauge were used for monitoring. The harvest corresponded to 62 % of cumulative CSS, and responses showed different temporal and spatial variation between the collection landmarks. There was insignificant correlation between the volume of each event and its CSS, demonstrating that this variable itself is not responsible for the dynamic hydrosedimentological basin. A continuous tendency was observed during the monitoring period, the largest CSS in bedside drainage with prevalence of tobacco cultivation on the other watershed. The estimates point to a contribution of more than 70% accumulated CSS during the harvest period and more than 48% during the offseason. |
