This work aims to establish possible relationships between land use around the five apiaries bee pastures composed of several, with different distance of closeness and their production of honey. We used the SPOT satellite images with spatial resolution of 5 meters to establish the classification of land use in catchment areas of each apiary using the method of classification and interpretation through vectorization on monitor, and intensive fieldwork. The following data were linked with data from average production of honey collected from each apiary. The results showed that it was possible to establish relationships between changes in land use surrounding the apiaries, considering the different rays of proximity, and their average production of honey.
