Resumo: The present study seeks an understanding of the internal operation of the Ipojuca artisan´s Association – Associação dos Artesãos Profissionais de Ipojuca (AAPI), the only association of artisans municipality of Ipojuca, located on the southern coast of the state of Pernambuco, to find creative solutions to solve their organizational difficulties, structural and financial. From this, the work proposes to build, together with the members of the AAPI, a revitalization project of the association that will favor the formation of an identity and a brand for the association, and as a consequence for these craftsmen to increase the visibility of the entity, advertising their products, optimizing their sales location. We also sought to develop a strategic plan for the efficient use of digital tools available on the Internet (social networks, applications) making the most of the creative economy's precepts to optimize its performance. As a result, there have been several positive changes in the AAPI, some with an immediate result, others have left a rich future prospect, as has occurred throughout the research and will be detailed in this paper. It is hoped that this work can serve as a pilot project to be replicated in other associations of artisans, whether in Pernambuco or in other regions. It is also intended to allow a greater understanding of the role of crafts within the axis of creative industries, as a promoter of economic value and social gains, from the use of intellectual capital and creativity in the productive process.
