Resumo: The thesis is justified from the linguistic-discursive understanding in the deposition takings and their manifestations with language that work on the thread of discourse. That said, it points out the following questions: In what way does the process of discursivization in the statement-takings function on the threshold of / in the interpretation of / in the Police Reports (PR)? To what extent are subject-positions fundamental to think about the authorship of the statements in the Police Reports (PR)? Why is it relevant to study this theme as a contribution to the Brazilian Discourse Analysis in its different historical-socio-cultural materialities - as a rule, by the politics of silencing? Thus, the present approach aimed at investigating the linguistic-discursive processes in the practices of violence against women through the taking of statements in the police reports (police reports, henceforth BO) by identifying their materialized silencing. In this sense, we verified their linguistic-discursive marks; these from the characterizations of the imaginary formations of spoken subject and speaking subject in this document. Furthermore, we also analysed how the discursive subjects (spoken/speaking) respond to the interrogations due to the accusations - those that contribute by their conditions of production established in the discourses of these subjects - the linguistic (or reported) and the imaginary formations - the discursive (or referred) by the materializations of the silences instituted in the police reports. These notes are necessary for a better understanding of the French theory of Discourse Analysis (AD) - when it points out that subjects are constituted by language (gem). Such anchorages can be observed as intersections; thus, this approach is in line with our plural perspective on discourse and its representations characterized by spoken and speaking subjects in the linguistic-discursive process in the material language. Therefore, it is important to highlight how the practices of violence are manifested in the discourses of the interpellated subjects and how they dialectically respond to the accusations imposed by the deponents before the police authority. Furthermore, we worked from the classification, selection and document analysis according to the imaginary formations in the police reports in the discursive comparison of the spoken subject to the speaking subject - these, characterized in the materialities analysed throughout the research. Thus, still in the same pecheuxtian perspective of AD, language is constituted as a system - this one interconnected to History, as well as to the speaking subjects and their contradictory objects from their different forms. In this way, our gesture of interpretation of the corpus of the / in the BO can be considered innovative and contribute not only to social reflection, but also point out in the instance of the Repressive Apparatus of the State, in this case, the Police Station that the discursive materiality makes a difference in this process of establishment of the juridical-linguistic-discursive as supports of these / in these transcriptions that beyond their opacities will make these manifestations of the subject and its coming and going in language fundamental elements in interpretative gestures to the condemnation of the aggressor when committing and exceeding the limits of the Law. Therefore, we understand that the transformations of our object of discourse - the corpus of this research - are in the thread of discourse in this gestural process of interpretation, since we directly explore the stability and the space of language through these biases. Thus, we ask: How do the discourses on violence against women work through the taking of statements in police reports? It is in this sense that the Ideologies will manifest themselves within the Practices and Knowledge of the State Apparatus (the Police) that will question these subjects (husbands, boyfriends, fiancés, amasios etc.) who will be investigated before the police authority.
