Resumo: | This research, linked to the PPGEd of UFSCar - Sorocaba campus, developed with the support of the Center for Studies and Research on Educational Narratives, Training and Teaching Work (NEPEN), has the general objective of developing a descriptive analytical study with the perspective of identifying which are the themes presented as an object of research by the master students of the Postgraduate Studies in Education Program: Training of Trainers (Formep) at PUC-SP. Based on the final works produced in this program, we seek to answer the following research question: What does the research carried out at Formep on the training of trainers show us? The research has as a methodological path the State of the Art, with theoretical support in Romanowski and Ens (2006) and Megid Neto and Carvalho (2018). The corpus of analysis consists of 116 final works defended between the years 2015 to 2018 in the research line mentioned above. To speak of the trainer, the theoretical support is based on Imbernón (2010), Prada (2007), Vaillant (s / d) and Marcelo García (1999a). As a result, the theoretical references that most appeared in the final works, in quantitative terms, were: Francisco Imbernón, Marcelo García, António Nóvoa and Maurice Tardif. Regarding the researched theme, it is quite diversified, with emphasis on coordination, pedagogy, training, continuing education and teaching, which were quite recurrent terms in the works. |
