Programa de estágio "aprender sem limites" sob a ótica de estagiários: contribuições para a educação especial

Resumo: The “Aprender sem Limites” program, the object of this study, was created by the São Paulo Municipal Education System in 2016. It provides support to Pedagogy student interns whose objective is to monitor, evaluate and support the Special Education students, through planning and guidance from the teacher in charge of the common class and other school spaces. Thus, the present research had the general objective of understanding relevant aspects to the training of undergraduate interns in Pedagogy of the “Aprender sem Limites” Program. The specific objectives were: a) to understand the facilities and difficulties related to the interns’ performance in relation to the Special Education students, the training offered and its concepts; b) to verify whether or not the Program provide Inclusive Education, and c) to map the expectations and preparation of interns for their future professional performance. To this end, it was a descriptive and exploratory research. A questionnaire carried out via Google Forms platform to a total of 117 interns. The questionnaires were analyzed semantically by judges. The majority of participants took courses related to Special Education, with an emphasis on Libras. Their motivations in the internship program were: professional experience, learning and the salary grant. It was found that most of them worked in Early childhood education internships and indicated that the monitoring was carried out by pedagogical guidance supervision. The majority of interns answered that there were no other training meetings besides the monthly meetings. Regarding the aspects to be improved in the program, they pointed out: environment space, teaching material and initial and continuing training. It was evident that programs such as “Aprender sem Limites” play a crucial role in preparing future educators for the challenges of teaching practice.
