Resumo: | This research aims to characterize the dynamics of scientific production regarding the instrument for determining the levels of technological readiness, the Technology Readiness Level - TRL, developed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration - NASA, in the United States - USA with a view to underlining Brazilian contributions to scientific productions within the scope of Technological Innovation Centers - NITs within Brazilian Scientific and Technological Institutions - ICTs. Taken as an instrument to measure the maturity of technologies and based on the principles of technological information management, the exploration of the object was submitted through the use of Bibliometrics principles with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The database listed for the bibliographic survey was Scopus and in terms of treatment and visualization of data, this research was supported by Microsoft Office Excel, VOSViewer and SciVal software. The results obtained shows the analysis of the temporal evolution of the theme; determination of the main thematic areas that address TRL; the commonly indexed keywords; the list of countries on the subject; and that of the main institutions dealing with the theme; determination of the main prominent publishers; the most cited articles and authors, that is, the main reference works on the theme and qualitative analysis of the contribution of Brazilian scientific production relevant to the object. Although Brazilian contributions have not been recovered regarding the application of TRL in NITs within ICTs, the results of the research are promising since this can be understood as a precursor agent of the theme for both Information Science in the Brazilian context and for the NITs of Brazilian ICTs in order to highlight their relevance and characterize their scientific production and use in general. |
