Resumo: |
An asset is capable of transmitting the legacy and history of a society with all its values and customs that characterize the culture of a people. Studying a historical and cultural heritage is to explore the origin and the response of an actual system. The Historic Centre of the City of Santos is a story of national scope, told through buildings and buildings that marked a people and today represents a set of values and identity that attract thousands of tourists from around the world scenario Santos. For this reason, the Government has a constitutional duty to create mechanisms and policies for the preservation of its historical heritage. We must discover these policies and especially if they are effective. This paper presents a case study on the historical and cultural heritage located in the city of Santos, giving greater focus to four goods in particular the legal history of preservation and the meaning they have to Santos, which are: The Official Purse café Teatro Guarany, Pele Museum and Valongo Railway Station. |
