Formação continuada de professores : experiências integradoras de políticas educacionais - PNAIC e PROUCA - para alfabetização no ensino fundamental de uma escola pública

Resumo: This study aimed to investigate how the Continuing Education of literacy teachers contributes to reflection and taking action to improve the pedagogical practice used in the classroom environment of the early years of elementary school, under the guidance of the policy of the National Pact for Literacy in the Age One - PNAIC and digital contexts, offered the Program one Laptop per student - PROUCA to the use of digital technologies and how is interfering with daily life of a school of municipal public education, the city of Fagundes Varela-RS. The process began with the accession of PROUCA in 2012 for interactions and innovative possibilities. Following in 2013, joining the PNAIC followed with action plan for teacher training, aiming to promote literacy of students in the early years of elementary school relying on technological support from the PROUCA program, the processes developed by the school in order critical and creative. The methodological approach to research was qualitative nature, based on observation, questionnaire and document analysis. Possession of the data collected, used the discursive textual analysis. Through the survey, it was revealed the commitment and concern of teachers with the act of teaching and learning of reflective, innovative and qualitative way by the insertion of digital technologies and the new look for student learning in literacy cycle. Thus, the results proved to be positive and satisfactory in the opinion of teachers who actually took part in the training programs of the One Laptop per student - PROUCA and National Pact for Literacy Certain Age - PNAIC, considering such programs as tools that assist in the development of skills and potential to qualify the pedagogical students in literacy cycle in the early years of elementary school. Some theorists as Imbernon, Tardif, Nóvoa, Gatti and Barreto Garcia, Jesus Santos Soares, Fagundes, Ferreira and Leal, and Tfouni subsidized investigations of this research.
