Resumo: |
This doctoral thesis proposes to study matrimonial theology from the Exhortation Amoris Laetitia of Pope Francis, to perceive its differences in relation to previous pontifical documents and the aggiornamento of the theology of marriage initiated by the Second Vatican Council. The research will, first, present the development of the theology of Christian marriage throughout history. He will then study the theology of Amoris Laetitia, highlighting the centrality of love in marriage, the appreciation of corporeality and the erotic dimension and the joy of married life. Finally, it will indicate intuitions and practical guidelines for family ministry to help Christian couples to live the joy of love, even in complex situations. It is hoped that this research will help the Church faithfully fulfill its evangelizing mission, becoming a merciful Church, attentive to the “signs of the times” and “outgoing” on missions |
