The present study aims to analyze motivational and affective aspects that lead students to opt for this course of legal practice in SAJUG Service (Free Legal Assistance), in the course of Law, Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul in Porto Alegre - RS. For both as theoretical foundations, historical notions of legal education in Brazil, the creation and meaning of SAJUG, aspects of affectivity and Motivational theories. The survey was prepared on the assumption that educational proposals based on motivation and affection, are of utmost relevance for the student to have an autonomous and active role in the learning process and the construction of knowledge. This study is a qualitative one and uses the case study as a methodological way. The research relies on the content analysis of Bardin, for verification of the data, which were obtained through the students' answers to a questionnaire, besides the professional experience of the researcher as a teacher of this subject. The results show that the practical classes, establish more emotional bonds between students, teachers and the community, arousing greater interest and motivation, which assist and facilitate learning, due to the direct application of theoretical knowledge in legal practice. |
