Resumo: This project aimed to propose a corporate sustainability maturity framework and an instrument that contains a vision of aspects of sustainability maturity that allow the organization to diagnose its level. For this, models and reference frames were identified in the literature as well as the categories and aspects of sustainability. In addition to the social, environmental and economic dimensions, the management dimension was identified from the sustainability tools. To achieve these objectives, a qualitative exploratory research was carried out. Eleven organizations in the initial stage and eight organizations participated in the second stage of validation. The research aimed at organizations from diverse segments, sizes and different levels of maturity in order to validate the instrument. The results showed that the maturity framework and the tool represent the reality of the organizations and also serve as a reference for the adoption of corporate sustainability initiatives. It was also identified in the group surveyed that organizations that have a sustainability sector have higher levels of sustainability than those that do not have.
