The Third Farroupilha Revolution is a libreto, designed to be set to music, which tells the story of the last stronghold of South America not taken by global forces who want to take possession, in the name of freedom, of democracy and international well-being, of the Guarani Aquifer System. The year is 2035 AD and the last soldiers of the southern forces are on gaucho lands, ragged and poorly armed to defend the greatest wealth of the continent and of all the 21st Century: water.
