Resumo: The present research is dedicated to a comparative analysis between the Angolan constitution and the theory of social justice as equity of American John Rawls. Faced with a social, political and economic reality dominated by a political party that has taken as hostage the State and all its institutions, this study intends to develop a reflection that presents the main causes of the chaotic Democratic and lawful State in Angola, with the purpose of alert and at the same time, propose to some and others that only with a power assumed in a more human way, as a social, economic and political project for all citizens, that genuinely seek and serve the interests of the people. Only in this way, it is possible to reinvigorate the true role of the State and its institutions in society and restore the hope and confidence of Angolans in their social, economic and political institutions. In this way, within its recognized conjunctural limitations, while a human work, obviously conditioned, intends to be as far as possible, an action and a voice that is inclusive of all, for a common effort to see and fundamentaly take the Constitution as a true prior commitment, known and accepted by all citizens for an equitable guarantee of the common good. Also, appeal for a national political vision that is rational, reasonable, strong and fair, capable of ensuring and promoting a true climate of reconciliation, democracy and peace between Angolans. Thus, national sovereignty and citizenship would be truly assured and safeguarded. This would transform Angola and its inhabitants into a true and promising oasis of political, economic and political harmony for a human, integral and symmetrical development.
