This work will focus on the role of religious groups in hospital settings, in order to know how to organize, how to work in the hospital in the practice of spiritual assistance to inpatients in particular examine in detail the real interests of these, and their social relationships with patients and families employees. It analyze the importance of the secular state to the plurality of religious groups in hospitals. Through the data obtained by observation and interviews with religious analyze the importance of these activities in hospital settings as well as the interest of some groups in converting the sick to their religion considered by them the ideal and real.
