Resumo: |
The empirical research was to analyze the taste, style, patterns of sociability and sociological profile of groups of individuals who participate in fraternities the taste of fine wine in Porto Alegre and Tilings. It was done mainly through interviews and participant observation in two brotherhoods of tasters and harmonized on dinner in a restaurant company that sells wine. Examined the sharing of knowledge, taste and style between the panelists and their habits of eating together. Examined the role of fraternities prescritora wine, setting habitus through the exercise of the senses, collective consumption practices, rules of etiquette and reciprocity among members of fraternities, as well as the acquisition and expression of distinctive signs associated with ene-consumption and wine tourism |
