Resumo: This thesis aims to highlight certain processes of the writing craft, especially the building of dramatic line, based on the experience of chronological inversion in the narrative. This goal will be achieved, on the one hand, by writing a novel in two different ways, direct and reverse, and also bringing the theoretical discussion on the subject from structuralist studies especially with the input of observing authors such as Cameron, Cubitt and Bordwell, and the appreciation of works such as Irréversible, Memento, Peppermint Candy and Cinq foix deux. The study showed that: 1) That the mere inversion of chapters in the montage is ineffective from the narrative point of view; 2) That the plot alone can modify the fable 3) The elasticity of the energeia model that, since Aristotle, consciously or unconsciously on the part of the author, continues to serve the most different types of narratives however innovative and exotic that they look like.
