Resumo: |
Study with qualitative approach, descriptive type, oriented by the dialectical critical method. General objective: Developed an investigative study about the composition of social support network of families from children and adolescents in oncologic treatments, striving to know the potentialities and the impact on the life of subjects, to empower and identify possibilities of improvement of established relations and from services provided. Therefore, has committed itself to consulting theoretically the historical course of Brazilian Health Policy and about the emerging of oncology and the understanding and conceptions from different authors about social support networks. The social relations, as the society, have undergone changes and the family, as component part of these relations, also has undergone significant changes during the years. About the illness process of children and adolescents, it is necessary to understand that social, politics and cultural factors are parts of this process, following the transformations that occur all the time in the society and in the subjects lives. So, this requires, every time more, the insertion of professionals as the social worker composing the health teams, able to seek a networking with others sectors and socials policies, consolidating itself as a member of health multidisciplinary teams in order to understand the children, the adolescent and their family in a way that contemplate the totality of relations and for, every time more, the networking be achieved by all the services |
