Higher-educational institutions have been facing challenges from organizational and social environment. Knowledge is the key for different disciplines integration in their participative sharing network. Therefore, the collaborative knowledge construction processes address how professors can contribute for undergraduate business administration courses, ensuring that students fulfill labor market needs during in the pandemic period, such as COVID 19. This academic paper aims to understand and describe how business administration professors share ideas and innovation during remote classes in a collaborative way and how they discuss about better practices taken during the COVID-19 pandemic. As consequence, a bibliographic study and scientific database researching were made from Web of Science and Google Scholar, in order to support and update the knowledge on this matter. There is an anonymous survey conducted via Google Forms. The answers collected prove that professors facing specific challenges were able to figure out alternatives for their classes and share those ideas with other coworkers. They searched and found methodologies and tools for better classes contributing for students to carry their undergraduate courses |
